Project Description

This Hilo project consists of seven large commercial buildings. Benchmark is replacing all failing 3-ply and metal roofing systems, support beams, and needed interior finishes to keep the units safe and dry. This particular project is being done in phases to keep it affordable, yet moving forward. We are entering the second phase now.
